The total cost is based on an hourly rate. 3 Hour Minimum Charge Mon-Fri/4 Hour Min on 4 Man Crews or higher Mon-Fri. 4 Hour Minimum Charge Sat & Sun on all crew sizes. A Travel Surcharge will be applied for all local transports, relocations and deliveries. You will receive a telephone call 24-48 hours prior to your service date to confirm your appointment. Customers are expected to be boxed and ready to go upon arrival of the crew(s) unless S&J Logistics Systems is performing prearranged packing services. Please place valuables, important documents, small electronics and weapons in a secured location prior to the arrival of the crew(s). This includes but is not limited to the following: jewelry, limited edition coin/coin collections, birth certificates, passports, checks, laptops, IPADS and guns. Tipping Policy: While tipping is greatly appreciated, it is not required. Should you decide to tip, we encourage you to do so based on the service received. Coverage: Basic Value Coverage of $0.60 per pound per article is included at no charge. Full Value Protection coverage is available at an additional charge. Payment Terms: Local services, Payment due upon completion of services by cash, debit or credit only. Debit & Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee of 3.49% up to 5.0% service charge. Taxes are included in hourly rate services only, flat rated services and or estimates taxes will be applied. All deliveries or services of any type that requires either labor and or transporting or both greater than 50 miles a deposit of 50% is required at the time of acceptance of the agreement for services. The remaining balance is to be paid prior unloading at your designated location and or city. In the event of a change of a date , a change in services made less 48 hours or less a service charge will be applied.
